Are you cutting a bundle of fabric into smaller parts?

Yes, we can cut the fabric to the length you require. The minimum length is 2m. Fabrics cut in this way cannot be claimed.


Can the color of the product on the monitor differ from the reality?

Photos of our fabrics are as faithful as possible and we pay attention to their quality. However, it also depends on the resolution of your computer monitor.


I want to order goods, in what ways can I pay for them?

We allow two payment methods:
•Payment can be made by bank transfer to account 2902073419/2010 IBAN: CZ6620100000002902073419 after issuing an advance invoice. After payment of the invoice, the goods are sent.
•Another option is online payment by credit card.

I would like to complain about the goods, how should I proceed?

If you are not satisfied with the ordered goods, it is possible to return them. Either by returning the goods to the store, or by sending them back to our address. When returning goods, you can choose whether to exchange the goods for another of the same value or send the money back. The money is sent back to your account.


Can I have a sample of the desired material sent from you?

Every month it is possible to have 5 samples sent to you for free, for larger quantities this service is charged.


Do I have to be registered in order to order goods?

No, even unregistered customers can shop with us. A customer without registration loses the benefits of the loyalty program.


Do the prices of fabrics in the e-shop and in brick-and-mortar stores match?

All prices on the e-shop and in brick-and-mortar stores are the same.


From what minimum quantity can I order fabrics?

The smallest amount of fabric you can buy is 50 cm. From the minimum quantity, purchased fabrics can be increased by 10 cm.


I have created an order, how do I find out its status?

We will inform you about the status of your order via the specified e-mail.


Can I receive email updates without registering?

You can subscribe to the newsletter on the e-shop website. You do not need to be registered to receive the newsletter.


Can I contact you if I need more detailed information about the goods?

Can I buy a gift voucher from you, and where can I use it?

In our brick-and-mortar stores and e-shop, you can purchase gift vouchers. These gift vouchers can be redeemed in the e-shop.


I have created an order, how long will it take for it to be processed and delivered?

We will process the order sent by you by the next day at the latest, and you will be informed about its status via your e-mail. The carrier has 2 working days for delivery.
